What You'll Do
This role is about connection, consistency, and support.
As a DSP, you'll:
Spend time with individuals in a
1-on-1 setting
Support
daily routines and life skills

companionship and encouragement
Participate in
community outings and activities
Be someone they can rely on

Are in school or balancing another job
Have experience in
babysitting, caregiving, or helping others
