Position Summary
As a Merchandiser, you will ensure all Swire Coca‑Cola customer locations are fully stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. You will maintain customer satisfaction by organizing back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Additionally, you will build and maintain internal and external customer relationships and represent Swire Coca‑Cola.
Job Details
Schedule: 8 hours, 5 days a week
Pay: $17.41–21.76 per hour

Responsibilities
Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily with labels facing outward.
Rotate products to ensure product quality using a first‑in, first‑out stocking system.
Build displays and promotional items throughout the assigned store according to instruction and schedule provided by supervisor and store management.
Maintain and organize back‑rooms/back‑stock areas in a safely accessible manner; prepare for return of any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your route and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
