What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise a production line team to ensure quality output.
Inspect products regularly and maintain accurate documentation.
Train and motivate line workers.
Collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Uphold safety standards and company policies.
Use WMS and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks.
Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare for the shift.
What We’re Looking For
Basic computer skills
(Microsoft Office).
Ability to lift 20+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
Minimum:
High school diploma.
Preferred:
GED or 3+ years of warehouse/production experience.
Bonus Skills
Strong leadership and communication.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.
Familiarity with GMP and 5S practices.
