Responsibilities
Lead multi‑discipline teams through Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases of diverse programs.
Create and maintain leadership over contractor project teams, overseeing quality assurance, engineering, procurement, planning and controls, construction management, commissioning, industrial labor relations, and safety to achieve program goals within budget and schedule.
Plan, monitor, appraise, review, and deliver overall program activities in accordance with organizational objectives.
Use SPI and CPI performance indicators as decision drivers and oversee scheduling/cost controls and activities.
Prepare and complete action plans, implement and report on production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards; identify risks, resolve problems, conduct audits, identify trends, determine improvements, and implement change.
Meet organizational objectives by preparing Program Initiation and Program Management Plans, executing plan requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Develop onboarding, training, and resource retention plans; achieve efficiencies by accepting responsibility and accountability for results, accomplishing new requests, and exploring opportunities to add value.
Develop and execute a program evaluation framework to assess strengths and identify improvement areas.
Interface with executive sponsors, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are captured.
Qualifications
10+ years in large‑scale project Program Management for the utility business.
Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Hybrid schedule – must report to the office 3 times a week.
Compensation
Pay range: $125,000—$135,000 per year.
