Key Responsibilities:
Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment to support children’s emotional and social development;
Plan, deliver, and evaluate instruction for students with IEPs;
Co‑teach alongside a general education preschool teacher;
Develop and implement IEPs for students with disabilities;
Assess and recommend appropriate education and behavioral goals & objectives;
Demonstrate understanding and application of behavior management techniques and supports;
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss their child’s progress; and
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Salary Range: $52,100 - $116,209 (Master's Steps 1-22); $47,072 - $99,337 (Bachelor's Steps 1-22)
