Responsibilities
Liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager, Operations, and the on-site meeting contact
This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests from the group(s) in the hotel
Fast‑paced environment with constant guest interaction
Other duties include review group billing and special projects within the Events Office and handling signage
Experience
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Unafraid of event related tasks, projects and responsibilities
Extremely detail oriented and organized
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, weekends and potential holidays
Fun and energized personality
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Proficient with general computer knowledge
Ability to stand for long periods of time with continuous walking
