Overview
Located within walking distance of Nationwide Arena and the Arena District, Hyatt Regency Columbus offers 633 renovated guest rooms and spacious suites with 70,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. We are connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and steps from the Short North Arts District, a hotel in which to meet and play in downtown Columbus.

Food and Beverage Outlets Manager!
What does the ROLE entail?
Responsible for staffing, scheduling, coaching and cash handling for 3 Outlets: Big Bar on 2, Market Stand Café Restaurant, and Perks Coffee & More
Liaison between our culinary team and front of house operations
Maintain guest room inventory & stocking
Coach and counsel a team of more than 20 colleagues, to reflect Hyatt Service Standards and Procedures
Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge
Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments
Analyze, investigate, and resolve guest complaints
Coach and motivate colleagues to achieve service standards
Ensure proper staffing levels for customer service goals
Ensure compliance with necessary state & local health guidelines as well as internal audits

Your EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach a team
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in hotel food and beverage management or equivalent
Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills
Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks, projects and responsibilities
Must possess excellent organizations, interpersonal and administrative skills
A fun and energized person with a creative mindset
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
Proven experience in managing and maintaining beverage costs to align with budgetary goals
Demonstrates ability to develop and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement
Demonstrates ability to develop and implement strategies to maintain hotel standards and meet hotel scores consistently
