We are seeking a detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to provide clerical and operational support to the Division. This role involves handling administrative tasks such as filing, data organization, document preparation, and supporting internal processes while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including
filing, sorting, and document organization
Assist in creating and maintaining
contact lists, training materials, and policy guides
Support administrative processes related to
ratepayer complaint documentation
Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Communicate with
regulated utilities and supplier companies
as needed
Provide administrative support for various division tasks and projects
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
with
Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Comfortable working in an
office-based environment (onsite role)
Preferred Qualifications:
Good
telephone etiquette
and professional communication skills
Prior experience in
administrative or clerical support roles
