About Our Family
We are a kind and generous family of 4, deeply committed to our values of family time, healthy living, and enjoying life to the fullest. With two working parents and two active boys, our home is full of energy. Mom works remotely and travels frequently for board commitments, while Dad is often on the go internationally for business. In this busy season, Mom is leaning more into her career while also prioritizing her health and being present for after‑school pick‑ups and activities. Quality family time is a top priority, but with that comes the challenge of managing the endless household tasks and mental load that can feel overwhelming.

We are a family who truly cares about how our home runs. From the healthy, clean eating we strive for, to the small details—like how towels are folded—we value a well–organized and harmonious environment. Our boys stay active with sports, and we love spending time with our two dogs. We are intentional about creating a sense of calm and order in our home, and we are looking for a supportive partner who can help with the daily responsibilities and bring balance to our busy lives.

As we navigate this season, we are seeking a long‑term, collaborative House Manager who understands our needs and can add value as an extension of support to our home. You will help us create the space we need to focus on what matters most, while ensuring our household runs smoothly and efficiently.

Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced, proactive House Manager & Family Assistant with strong emotional intelligence who can bring both structure and ease to a busy household. This person takes initiative, manages day‑to‑day responsibilities with confidence, and helps maintain a calm, orderly, well‑functioning home environment. You are professional, trustworthy, and able to work independently without constant direction, while also collaborating seamlessly when needed.

The ideal candidate is meticulous and highly capable, managing multiple household responsibilities efficiently and with care. You have a natural eye for aesthetics and home organization, and take pride in creating spaces that feel functional and thoughtfully maintained. With experience in meal preparation, household systems, and basic childcare, you understand the demands of an active family and can step in where needed, whether supporting the daily flow or engaging with children during occasional evenings or schedule shifts.

This person brings a positive, can‑do attitude and genuinely enjoys supporting families. You lead with compassion, bring a nurturing, supportive presence, and can read the room and adapt accordingly. You communicate with professionalism and transparency, are coachable and open to feedback, and align closely with the family’s preferences and standards. With strong accountability and discretion, you operate with integrity while helping create structure, rhythm, and ease so the family can enjoy more quality time together.
