Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / VP of Finance
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / VP of Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business intelligence, and metrics analytics, with specific expertise in utilizing Bullhorn for data-driven decision-making. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, optimizing financial performance, and driving growth through insightful analytics. Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
Business Intelligence and Analytics: Lead the integration and utilization of Bullhorn for business intelligence and metrics analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis, to ensure financial targets are met.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other executives and department heads to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance financial performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Staffing/Solutions experience a MUST
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the staffing industry.
Expertise in business intelligence and metrics analytics, with hands-on experience using Bullhorn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
