
Revenue Enablement Learning Programs Specialist

What We Expect
You will be using your talents to support the coordination, execution and success of enablement workstreams and projects.
You’ll work with internal team members, subject matter experts and outside vendors to organize the logistics and plans of training programs to ensure they meet all necessary requirements for success, including, but not limited to:
Support the organization, creation and updates of internal program documentation
Create attendance lists and trackers for scheduling and reporting
Schedule events, meetings and webinars in‑person or via Microsoft Teams
Book training rooms and/or event spaces
Setup for event coordination including the preparation of technology, projector, whiteboards and other supplies, etc.
Organize and execute catering orders
Update information and document on SharePoint sites and internal libraries
Draft and send communications after events, meetings or webinars
Other duties include
Researching vendors for analysis and recommendation
Execute procurement requests and payment for vendors or cross‑charges
Support our yearly team meeting and monthly team sessions
Meet regularly with internal team members leading workstreams and programs to monitor progress and keep our trackers updated
Coordination with the Global Programs Team and other internal colleagues for global program roll‑out alignment and execution
Coordination for the enablement programs related to our sales kickoff event in January (Veeam Launchpad)
Execute reporting and analysis of training completion or other data for program purposes
Create presentations or documentation for training events or program summaries
Curate resources and information to internal team members to increase awareness and scale
Support the assignment of training items in systems like Cornerstone On‑Demand and Sana
Support the creation of quarterly reviews across the AMER Revenue Enablement Team
What You Bring
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience
1-3 years of experience coordinating and supporting activities and functions at a departmental level
Experience with software tools including Microsoft Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint; experience with data analysis tools like Tableau and PowerBI highly
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge of process, project and program management disciplines
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
Proven ability to work independently with success
Adaptability to work in a fast, changing environment with multiple, concurrent workstreams
Ability to participate in in‑person programs and onsite meetings when required
Travel
10‑20%

For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance‑based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
