Yacht Broker Support Administrator

The Yacht Broker Support Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of yacht brokerage activities by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to yacht brokers. This position is responsible for managing communications, coordinating client interactions, and maintaining accurate records of yacht listings, sales, and client information. The role requires close collaboration with brokers to facilitate the sales process, including scheduling viewings, preparing documentation, and tracking transaction progress. By efficiently handling administrative tasks, the Yacht Broker Support Administrator enables brokers to focus on client engagement and deal closure, ultimately contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction. This position demands a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within real estate, luxury goods, or marine industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or brokerage management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in yacht brokerage or marine sales environments.
Familiarity with maritime terminology and yacht specifications.
Knowledge of sales contract preparation and compliance requirements.
Customer service experience in a luxury or high-net-worth client setting.
Ability to use digital marketing tools and social media platforms for promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily communications with clients, brokers, and service providers to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
Maintain and update yacht listings, including specifications, pricing, and availability in the brokerage database.
Coordinate appointments, viewings, and meetings between clients and brokers, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
Prepare and organize sales documentation, contracts, and compliance paperwork to support transaction processes.
Track the progress of yacht sales and leases, providing regular status updates to brokers and clients.
Assist in marketing efforts by preparing promotional materials and managing online listings.
Support brokers with research on market trends, yacht specifications, and competitor offerings.
Ensure all client and transaction information is accurately recorded and securely maintained in compliance with company policies.
