About Our Family
We are a busy, warm family with two children, ages 9 and 8. Our household is full of energy, and we’re seeking someone who can help us manage daily routines, bring organization to our home, and assist with household responsibilities.
We’re looking for someone who can bring calm, structure, and reliability to our home, helping to create a stable environment for our energetic and active children. Our home is currently undergoing a remodel, and we’re looking for someone who can help us create and maintain systems to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes managing household tasks, organizing spaces, and assisting with meal preparation. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is able to step in and manage a wide variety of tasks with minimal direction.
We value open communication, trust, and collaboration, and we want to find someone who feels like a true extension of our family. This role will include a mix of childcare, household management, and personal assistance, so flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the day will be key.
We’re seeking a team player who can handle a fast-paced environment, engage with the kids, and contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient household.
Who You Are
You’re the kind of person who loves walking into a busy home, seeing what needs to happen, and making it all run smoother—without needing to be told every step. You take real ownership of the day-to-day: meals, errands, home resets, vendor coordination, and the little details that save someone hours each week. You’re organized, dependable, and you follow things all the way through—from idea to done.
You’re also great at working with someone who has a lot going on and can get pulled in different directions. You help keep things moving, bring simple solutions, and know how to be clear and firm when needed—while still being kind and respectful (“strong with a velvet glove”). You’re confident working independently, but you’re also a team player and can collaborate with existing support during a transition.
This role is a great fit for you if you:
Take initiative naturally and don’t wait to be asked
Own the details and love keeping a home organized and on track
Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally
Are positive, steady, and self-sufficient
Enjoy simple, healthy meal prep and batch cooking
Like being active and engaging with school-aged kids (play, sports, routines, light homework)
Welcome feedback and adjust easily
Are tech-comfortable with calendars, lists, reminders, and coordinating vendors
Key Responsibilities
Household Management & Organization:
Maintain household organization systems (closets, storage, pantry, toys) develop
Reset and tidy rooms daily; maintain overall neatness, ensure hope is prepped for cleaning services

Prepare and coordinate donation drop offs and pick ups
Supervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (e.g., handymen, cleaners, landscapers, pool maintenance)

Follow family food preferences with a focus on healthy, simple, protein-forward meals with vegetables and balanced carbs
