Senior Bilingual Career Advisor, Reentry & Workforce

WorkSource Montgomery, Inc. is seeking a Lead Career Advisor - Reentry to enhance outreach and support justice-involved individuals at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. This full-time role includes case management, program coordination, and delivering workshops to prepare individuals for successful reentry into the workforce. Ideal candidates will have experience in workforce development and engagement with high-risk populations, along with skills in communication, multitasking, and preferably Spanish-speaking capabilities.
