Location: Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis AFB, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1800 (8–10 hour shifts, varies)
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant – Resource Management provides advanced administrative and program support to medical leadership, ensuring efficient execution of financial, staffing, and operational initiatives across the medical group.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
Support MEPRS, DMHRSi, ATAAPS, and UBO processes
Track program performance metrics and resource utilization
Coordinate administrative workflows across departments
Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist with financial tracking and reporting support
Serve as liaison between departments and leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Minimum 1 year administrative experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
U.S. work authorization required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in military or federal healthcare setting
Familiarity with DHA systems (MEPRS, DMHRSi)
