About the Family
We are a warm, professional family of five located in Ann Arbor, with three children: a newborn (transitioning to full‑time care at approximately 4 months), a 3‑year‑old, and a 6‑year‑old. Our home is pet‑friendly, scent‑free, and rooted in attachment‑based parenting.

We value consistency, reliability, and proactive communication. Our children are neurodivergent, curious, and thrive in a structured yet flexible environment. We always respond to cries and avoid punishment‑based or “cry‑it‑out” techniques, prioritizing emotional attunement and connection.

We are seeking a long‑term nanny who can become a steady, trusted presence in our children’s lives and confidently support their emotional, developmental, and day‑to‑day needs.
