Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1700
Position Overview
Handles referral processing, tracking, and coordination between patients, providers, and external care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process referrals
Verify benefits and eligibility
Track referral status
Coordinate appointments with specialists
Maintain referral documentation
Generate reports and metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Medical office experience
Knowledge of referral processes
Strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with military referral systems
