What Youll Do
Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution
Coach and develop team members
Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results
Drive revenue through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing
Support account retention and customer follow-up
Manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards
Step in to lead the store when needed
Leadership
Supervise and develop a team (35 employees)
Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
Partner with leadership on performance and growth
Requirements:
What Were Looking For
23+ years leadership or management experience
Strong background in sales or retail
Proven ability to drive results and develop people
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license
Schedule
Salaried (4550 hours/week) MondayFriday: 9am7pm Saturday: 9am6pm (required)
Sunday: Closed
