Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$16.00 per hour
Shift:
1st (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Some occasional required Saturday overtime
What's the Job?
Operate a computer-controlled production system for multiple raw material ingredients in a mix room
Ensure the production line runs smoothly, meeting performance and quality standards
Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to manage material flow
Perform quality checks, including weighing and volume assessments
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards through housekeeping duties
What's Needed?
Ability to read instructions in English and follow safety practices
Capability to work in dusty, hot, cold, or rainy environments
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
