If interested in this Machine Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% on-site Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-week rotation – must be flexible for extended hours as needed MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing routine production tasks such as filling, packaging, and inspecting products while maintaining precise documentation in compliance with FDA and ISO standards. Working on a 12-hour rotating day shift, the operator ensures manufacturing quality and efficiency by following standard operating procedures within a collaborative team environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, and labeling. Assemble and inspect products under general supervision to ensure quality standards. Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards. Work effectively in a team setting to support production goals and objectives. Apply basic knowledge to complete routine tasks following standard operating procedures. MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications in English. Proficiency in basic math calculations.
