This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is looking to develop their skills in logistics and material management. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | RESPONSIBILITIES: Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and power trucks to transport products and assemblies. Operational Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and basic written protocols to ensure quality and safety. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory. Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Team Leads and co-workers to meet daily production goals. Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. MATERIAL HANDLER - FORKLIFT | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days Previous Forklift experience required 1+ year of warehouse or related operational experience. Ability to perform basic math calculations and general computer tasks. Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English. Willingness to obtain or maintain necessary forklift licenses/certifications. Comfort working near moving mechanical parts and in varying warehouse temperatures. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and/or move over 50 lbs The role involves walking, standing, stooping, and reaching for extended periods. Take the Next Step!
