Contract Talent Advisor / Senior Talent Advisor

Remote with Travel (20% travel)

$45,000-$62,000 + monthly bonus potential
Contract Duration:
Approximately 2-3 months
What You'll Do
Manage the entire attraction process from identifying qualified talent to crafting the most competitive offer.
Provide thought partnership to shape and best match the needs of ABC and the talent in the market.
Foster trust‑based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
Identify and attract qualified clinical talent (e.g., Behavior Analysts In Training).
Analyze effectiveness of efforts through search progress reports, status updates, and market trend/feedback presentations to senior leadership.
What We Look For
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of recruiting experience.
High volume experience preferred.
Experience partnering with executives and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.
Experience solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering impact as a talent leader.
Fun, go‑getter personality that plays well with others and has the grit to get the job done.
