Talent Operations Intern

Progyny is seeking a Graduate Student Intern to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in building a comprehensive, data-driven analytics foundation. This role will focus on designing and developing a centralized TA metrics dashboard and generating actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes, increase efficiency, and enable faster, higher-quality hiring decisions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or data querying experience- Experience building dashboards or analytics projects from scratch- Familiarity or interest in AI tools and applications in analytics- Ability to translate data into insights and business recommendationsStrong communication and presentation skills- Experience working with recruiting or HR data, preferred* Exposure to ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), preferred\*This is a paid internship, please submit your resume and cover letter when applying.**Please note:** This is not a digital nomad or remote international position; candidates must be based in the United States. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
