SUMMARY
The Recruiting & HR Specialist plays a critical hybrid role supporting talent acquisition and core HR operations. This position is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and managing the complete onboarding experience while supporting the HR Manager with employee relations, HR compliance, HRIS administration, benefits processes, and commission data administration. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, organization, and strong interpersonal skills to support both employees and leadership effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage candidate communications and maintain recruitment metrics within ATS and HRIS systems.
Maintain job descriptions and support workforce planning efforts.
Coordinate the full onboarding cycle including background checks, new hire paperwork, I-9 completion, and system setup.
Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate personnel records and support employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, and separations.
Support offboarding processes including exit interviews and required documentation.
Serve as a secondary HR contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and support policy and handbook updates.
Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, and support system updates and process improvements.
Assist with benefits administration and annual open enrollment, including employee support.
Support sales commission administration including data entry, validation, and reporting within Xactly or similar systems.
Perform additional HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2–5 years of Human Resources experience required, with strong emphasis in recruiting and onboarding preferred.
Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
