We're looking for
passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers
to join our team!
As a Cocktail Server, you'll deliver warm, attentive service, share your knowledge of our menu, and bring positive energy to every table.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring all guests have an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant experience.
Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
Offering knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections to enhance the experience.
Thoroughly answering all food and beverage preparation questions.
Notifying managers of any special accommodations, such as specific food allergies, before reporting them to the kitchen.
Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and the dining area around guests and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.
Checking on guests during their drinks to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/lounge.
Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to multi-task.
A true passion for hospitality and guest connection.
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
