Key Responsibilities
Equipment & Facilities Upkeep:
Manage and perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment to ensure peak performance and a "like-new" appearance.
Cleanliness Standards:
Maintain a shining, spotless environment both inside and out, going beyond daily cleaning routines.
Vendor & Service Management:
Coordinate with contractors, handle warranty repairs, and ensure timely, cost-effective service.
Logistics & Fleet Support:
Oversee vehicle maintenance and assist with catering delivery operations.
Project Oversight:
Identify facility issues and propose long-term improvements to boost efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Highly organized with the ability to manage complex maintenance schedules independently.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for supporting fleet and catering duties.
Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations and team coordination.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and kitchen areas.
