Key Responsibilities
Perform minor plumbing repairs, yard work, and cleaning tasks.
Conduct regular surveys of facilities and handle minor repairs.
Maintain landscaping, including mowing, mulching, weeding, and snow shoveling.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are in top condition through preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Experience in general maintenance processes and troubleshooting is a plus.
Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety guidelines.
Flexible schedule to accommodate maintenance calls, including availability one Sunday afternoon a month.
