About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in the Global Consumer Goods and E-commerce industry, is looking for a skilled

Supply Chain Technology Operations Manager

to join their team for a 90-day contract-to-hire engagement. This project involves serving as the enterprise-wide point of accountability for all supply chain technology solutions, acting as the critical U.S.-based bridge between business operations and technical teams, and overseeing a complex technical landscape centered on SAP S/4HANA & IBP, TrueCommerce EDI, 3PL integrations, and a growing SaaS portfolio. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
These responsibilities include:

Leverage deep SAP S/4HANA supply chain expertise to influence and support continuous improvement of the core ERP platform.

Serve as the single point of visibility for all supply chain technology platforms (EDI, 3PL, SaaS).

Act as the primary liaison to the supply chain business unit, translating operational pain points into clear technical requirements.

Establish frameworks to evaluate new SaaS solutions, emphasizing data quality and seamless integration.

Drive best practices for SAP configuration, data governance, and integration design, partnering with the SAP team to prioritize innovations.

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:

7+ years of experience in supply chain technology; 3+ years specifically with SAP S/4HANA SCM (MM, WM, PP, etc.).

Deep expertise in managing integrations across multiple platforms (EDI, 3PL, Logistics). This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
