Quick Lane Technician Supervisor

What You’ll Do
As the Quick Lane Technician Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations and be a hands‑on leader for the team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate technicians and advisors to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Workflow Management:
Manage daily shop flow by dispatching work effectively to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times.
Technical Support:
Serve as a technical resource by assisting with complex diagnostics, repairs, and problem‑solving as needed.
Quality Control:
Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to factory specifications, dealership standards, and safety requirements.
Customer Relations:
Support service advisors in resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce OSHA standards, environmental regulations, hazardous waste procedures, and overall shop safety practices.
Training & Development:
Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training to keep the team current on procedures, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Previous leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience in a Quick Lane or automotive service department (preferred)
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and light repair services
Ford and/or ASE certifications strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
