What You'll Do
Core Systems & Infrastructure Administration

Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments (2019, 2022, and 2025)

Perform patching, upgrades, firmware updates, and lifecycle management to ensure system stability and security

Deploy and manage new Microsoft server builds, upgrades, and role migrations

Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and domain controller infrastructure

Provide front‑line technical support and serve as an escalation point for infrastructure issues

Virtualization & Compute Platforms

Administer and support VMware vSphere virtual infrastructure

Perform monthly patching, upgrades, and lifecycle planning for VMware environments

Support dHCI platforms, including patching and integrated infrastructure management

Enterprise Storage & Data Center Operations

Administer SAN environments

Storage provisioning

Performance monitoring and tuning

Capacity and growth planning

Support data center operations including:

On‑site and remote “hands & eyes”

Rack‑and‑stack of server and network hardware

Tech refresh and equipment decommissioning

Data Protection, Backup & Cyber Resilience

Administer Data Protection platforms

Support and manage Zerto Data Replication

Training and platform upgrades (including Zerto 10)

Participate in data protection documentation, recovery planning, and resilience testing

Manage email and endpoint protection platforms

Server Applications & Platform Support

Support infrastructure and backend services for enterprise applications including:

Deltek Vantagepoint

Microsoft SQL Server

Newforma Project Center

Core IT management servers

Manage and support:

Microsoft Intune

Microsoft Azure / Entra ID

Network monitoring platforms

IT management tools (Quest KACE, ManageEngine)

Zendesk help desk

Networking & Operational Collaboration

Support infrastructure initiatives involving networking platforms in collaboration with network engineers

Assist with VLAN segmentation, firewall integrations, and DNS/DHCP cleanup initiatives

Participate in disaster recovery testing, infrastructure audits, and security initiatives

Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, configurations, and change management

Frontline End User Support

Provide occasional end user support with end point hardware and applications

End user applications including Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketchup, Revizto, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Chaos Group V-Ray render farm

Meeting Room and Collaboration space technology support

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Windows System Administration or Infrastructure Engineering

Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2022 and 2025)

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP

Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (on-premises, Online, and hybrid)

Location
Denver, Colorado — Hybrid / with four office days per week after training period is completed (subject to supervisor approval)

Salary
$85,000 - $95,000 annually (Depending upon experience, knowledge, skills, certifications and education)
