Opportunity
The Web Projects Analyst III provides advanced professional support in the implementation, coordination, and ongoing administration of web-based systems and digital platforms that support the Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities (FCSUA) and compliance with the Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program (FPCTP) Act. The position focuses on executing complex web initiatives, managing legislative data collection workflows, maintaining public-facing digital tools, and ensuring system functionality aligns with reporting requirements and programmatic operations. The position works collaboratively with FCSUA staff to implement enhancements, monitor system performance, and ensure accurate and timely data presentation.
Responsibilities
Web Platform & Project Management
Facilitate web project intake, prioritization, and full life‑cycle management across FCSUA platforms, including the public website, Community, Back Office, Knowledge Base, and Online Strategic Planning Tool.
Develop and manage project charters, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the technology life‑cycle of contracted web‑based products developed with external consultants and authors.
Content, Data Governance & Public‑Facing Systems
Manage and coordinate public‑facing web content and data displays on the FCSUA website, including program profiles and the FPCTP Credentials Dashboard.
Ensure all publicly presented information is accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with approved data sources.
Develop and maintain web governance standards, including content strategy, user experience consistency, accessibility oversight (WCAG), documentation protocols, and change‑management processes.
Requirements, Development & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with FCSUA staff to define functional requirements, determine appropriate technology approaches, and coordinate system development and integration.
Lead user acceptance testing and validate system readiness for public release.
Business Process Analysis & System Performance
Analyze business processes across FPCTP applications, grants, scholarships, programs, students, and completers data workflows to identify efficiencies and recommend system improvements.
Monitor platform performance, user adoption, data integrity, and reporting outputs to ensure digital systems align with FCSUA legislative and Board of Governors reporting requirements.
Training, Support & Stakeholder Engagement
Develop training materials and facilitate stakeholder orientations for new features and process updates in collaboration with technical staff.
Conduct live demonstrations and hands‑on training for FCSUA staff to ensure effective use of back‑end tools supporting public‑facing web features.
Coordinate contracted technical support for Online Strategic Planning Tool licensees at national, state, and local levels, including scheduled events and ad hoc support needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of professional experience in web systems management, digital platform coordination, or business systems analysis.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM and cloud‑based environments.
Experience supporting legislative, grant‑funded, or compliance‑driven reporting systems.
Experience in higher education, public sector, or statewide program environments.
Experience with Agile or structured project management methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Qualities
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and digital product life‑cycle management.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements for enterprise‑level systems.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional technical projects.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and content governance best practices.
Special Instructions
The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,518–$83,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
