AdOps Salesforce Process Analyst – Contract

Overview
The primary objective is to move beyond simple documentation into process transformation (the “2B” state), leveraging technical systems like Oracle Fusion and Salesforce to streamline workflows. Key goal: creating SOPs for 8 different lines of business that currently lack standardized documentation.
Core Requirements
Strong experience in either Salesforce workflow design OR Media AdOps/Trafficking tools.
Facilitation skills – ability to embed within a team and lead workshops with SMEs to extract process details.
Documentation – creating SOPs, job aids, and “if‑then” guidance rather than click‑by‑click system guides.
Probing mindset – asking the right questions to understand the underlying logic and decision points of a workflow.
Functional expertise – business‑side roles, not IT, requiring technical knowledge to understand system capabilities (e.g., automation) but not coding daily.
Technical focus – Salesforce and Freewheel (trafficking tools).
Responsibilities
Develop process improvements to aid in reporting, document desk‑level processes, and make suggestions.
Lead the process documentation efforts for a GBS project, capturing technical details for each role within the advertising operations team and identifying continuous improvement.
Ensure global workflows—campaign setup, trafficking, QA, ad‑tech configuration, reporting, and billing—are standardized, well‑controlled, tech‑enabled, and optimized.
Partner with marketing, sales, finance, product, and technology teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality operational support across markets.
Additional Responsibilities
Process Documentation
Understand global standards for key advertising operations processes.
Complete detailed documentation, SOPs, RACI models, and governance frameworks.
Ensure procedures comply with internal controls and policies.
Process Optimization & Technology Enablement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and eliminate defects.
Recommend technology enhancements within Paramount technology (Salesforce, FreeWheel).
Define KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and root‑cause analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Operational Support
Work closely with marketing, sales, media strategy, finance, and IT to document detailed process steps.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with workflow design and process mapping (Visio or LucidChart).
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, QA, and reporting.
Ability to travel as needed.
Experience in a shared services or global business services environment preferred.
Background in ad tech product management or platform operations.
2–3 years of ad operations experience or work in process management.
Prior experience with Salesforce and FreeWheel or similar technology.
Prior entertainment/media advertising experience required.
Strong technical skills in Salesforce, Visio, LucidChart.
Experience in process documentation and Salesforce business process improvement.
