Calo Programs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Logistics Coordinator
to support the daily operations of our residential campus in Lake Ozark. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination of transportation, scheduling, supplies, and operational logistics that directly support student care and program success. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is solutions-focused, and enjoys working cross-functionally with clinical, academic, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate student transportation, including arrivals, departures, appointments, and off-campus activities
Manage schedules, calendars, and logistics for residential programming
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of daily operational needs
Track, organize, and maintain supplies, equipment, and inventory
Support admissions and discharge logistics as needed
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and program procedures
Troubleshoot logistical challenges and proactively identify solutions
Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a residential treatment environment
Proficiency with basic technology systems (email, scheduling tools, documentation platforms)
Valid driver’s license required
Previous experience in logistics, operations, scheduling, healthcare, or residential programs preferred
