We are looking for an IT & Systems Operations Analyst in Germany. This role sits at the heart of business-critical systems that power eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless data flow across ERP, marketplace, and logistics platforms. You will work across tools like NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and integration platforms to maintain system reliability and operational accuracy.

Rather than traditional IT support, this position focuses on solving complex integration issues, improving data integrity, and supporting scalable system architecture. You will gain deep exposure to ERP operations and SaaS ecosystem management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The work is highly analytical and requires strong attention to detail, especially when diagnosing system failures and debugging data flows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes run efficiently and without disruption. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working close to systems, data, and operational infrastructure.

Accountabilities

Monitor and maintain integration workflows across platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL systems, ensuring smooth and reliable data movement

Diagnose and resolve system and integration failures using logs, API responses, and mapping configurations, escalating complex issues with clear root-cause analysis

Support ERP operations by maintaining saved searches, dashboards, reports, and updating operational templates such as invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips

Assist in building, maintaining, and improving integration flows including field mappings, transformations, API connections, and job reprocessing

Ensure data integrity through ongoing hygiene activities such as duplicate cleanup, record validation, and field standardization

Develop and maintain documentation including SOPs, runbooks, and system workflow guides for recurring operational issues

Manage SaaS administration tasks including user provisioning, access control, and support across internal tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion

Support IT operations and security compliance activities including device management, asset tracking, and system audits

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or ERP-related roles

Hands‑on experience with NetSuite is mandatory and essential for this role

Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow concepts across applications

Experience administering at least one SaaS platform (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, or similar tools)

Familiarity with ticketing systems, SLA-based workflows, and structured support processes

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem‑solving ability

Excellent written communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-team coordination

Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed, and time-zone-diverse environment

Nice to have: experience with iPaaS tools (Celigo, Workato, Boomi), eCommerce platforms, EDI workflows, identity management tools (SSO/SAML), MDM solutions, or basic scripting/automation
