Overview
Mammoth — a Brooklyn-based Design-Build Studio — is seeking an Intermediate level Project Designer (3+ years experience). Experience must be US-based, ideally NYC-based. This is a full-time, in-person position in our Dumbo office. Candidate must already be located in New York City and legally able to work in the US.
Responsibilities
Assemble drawing sets and contribute to project documentation in accordance with typical architectural standards.
Collaborate with team members in a design-build environment.
Qualifications
Architecture degree (B.Arch accepted; M.Arch preferred).
A minimum of three years of experience in an architectural studio.
Highly proficient in Revit.
Highly organized; self-motivated and independent.
Strong communication skills; fluency in written and spoken English.
NYC, residential, and reuse/renovation experience preferred.
Experience with or interest in sourcing and specification is a plus.

We’re a women-owned and run design-build firm, specializing in thoughtful reuse and renovation projects largely focused on residential work, with some commercial projects in the mix.
