Job Description
Viking Restaurants is looking for Assistant Managers or Shift Supervisors at our Burger King Restaurants in multiple locations. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high‑quality service, and build a team that delivers excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the entire restaurant and manage day‑to‑day operations.
Find, hire, mentor, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads.
Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans for each new hire.
Schedule and deploy the team to meet operating needs.
Address performance issues and maintain open communication with the team.
Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.

Project an outgoing personality and positive attitude.
Ensure the entire team is properly trained and developed.
Build strong guest relationships that create brand loyalty.
Resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Communicate business priorities clearly to the team.
