Deskside Tier 2 IT Support & AV Specialist

Epitec is seeking a Computer Support Associate I to provide onsite Tier 2 IT support at John Deere's World Headquarters in Moline, IL. The candidate will assist with desktop and laptop systems, troubleshoot AV equipment, and handle IT asset management. Ideal for early career IT professionals or recent graduates, this role requires hands-on AV and conference room support experience. This is an onsite position with a work schedule of 1st shift, flexibly starting between 7:00-8:00 AM.
