
Recruiting Coordinator

A prestigious hedge fund in New York City is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team immediately. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting process and offers the opportunity to work closely with both hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Post job openings across various job boards and platforms
Prepare and distribute job descriptions for open roles
Process and manage new hire paperwork and documentation
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all applicants
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support ongoing hiring efforts
Assist in the execution of recruitment-related projects and initiatives
Support onboarding efforts for new hires
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed
Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications
Draft and distribute offer letters
Track and report key recruitment metrics
Stay informed on the latest recruiting tools, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
Prior experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role preferred
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
