
Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands on experience in full cycle recruiting while supporting senior recruiters across a variety of talent initiatives. Throughout the 10 week program, you will:
Jump into the world of Talent Acquisition by assisting with candidate engagement, scheduling interviews, and supporting day to day hiring activities that keep the Talent Acquisition engine running.
Build a strong foundation in recruiting operations, employer branding, and the end to end candidate journey.
Play a key role in planning and executing TA events, including university recruiting programs and fall campus engagement initiatives.
Help bring people together by coordinating team activities, hiring events, and candidate engagement moments that shape a memorable experience.
Explore and analyze generational trends, engagement styles, and emerging talent market shifts to help sharpen our outreach strategies and elevate our employer brand voice.
Support the TA team with pre employment processes and a variety of Talent Acquisition functions that give you hands on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle.
Partner with the team to enhance processes, documentation, and communication workflows, contributing ideas that make our operations smoother and more impactful.
What We Require:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Ability to function effectively in a corporate, fast paced, professional environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Openness to learning, getting feedback, and developing new skills.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Ability to multitask while maintaining strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships.
Experience supporting or engaging with community partnerships, campus groups, or external organizations to help coordinate or promote recruiting events.
Experience using LinkedIn for research, networking, or talent related activities.
Strong coordination and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in learning about Talent Acquisition.
