Customer Service Facilitator (PT)
Part‑time position located at Stoneridge Community (Prescott Valley, AZ). The role involves providing excellent customer service and performing administrative and operational tasks during part‑time shifts on weekends and one or two Tuesday‑Friday evenings.
Qualifications
Integrity to maintain clubhouse, member and committee confidentiality
General knowledge of computer software programs (Word‑Based)
Organized and responsive, communication skills
Physical ability to lift 25 pounds
Duties
Greet members, guests and visitors professionally and friendly
Perform new member orientation
Address basic questions
Process clubhouse forms, transactions and petty cash
Administer clubhouse rules and regulations
Answer phones, direct calls and take messages
Complete daily clubhouse checklist
Ensure a neat environment
