
Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
Fabricate and install components as needed for repairs or upgrades.
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary.
Weld and perform basic metal fabrication tasks.
Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities.
Skills:
Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
Experience working with logic controllers and other automated systems.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
Welding skills for basic metal fabrication tasks.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
