The Emporium Replenishment Team Member performs functions directly related to maintaining appropriate stock levels on the selling floor and organized inventory in the stockroom in accordance with safety guidelines and Dollywood procedures. This host will also provide operational support and facility upkeep while providing excellent customer service to guests and encourage merchandise purchases to enhance the Dollywood Company experience.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Ensure all available inventory is fully stocked on the selling floor and backstock is maintained in an organized manner on a daily basis, communicating shortages to shop leadership as appropriate
Follow all policy and procedures relating to Inventory Control including, but not limited to receiving, price ticketing, processing paperwork, inventory audits, product transfers and orders
Assist with training and proper use of electronic stock replenishment system
Match packing slip/transfer document with orders, verify counts and communicate discrepancies
Maintain a high degree of attention to detail and concentration to sustain an ordinary routine without special supervision
Must have proficient knowledge of all products/services available for sale to our guests
Must be able to perform to standard Merchandise Selling Skills and guest interactions
Operate cash register/POS system in an efficient manner as not to impede guest experience, and follow all policy and procedures as outlined by Dollywood and Sales Audit
Represent the Dollywood Company in a friendly and professional manner to guests, vendors, suppliers and fellow host
Work a flexible schedule as required for maintaining an efficient operation and maximize sales
Support all teammates with words, behavior and actions that are in alignment to attain locations budgeted profit and maintain a positive work environment
Follow all Merchandise Operational Policies and Procedures effectively and adheres to all Merchandise Safety Guidelines. Reports any safety issue to their immediate supervisor immediately
Stay current on all company and divisional communications through communication boards and binders
Support and exhibit behaviors that are in alignment with our Company Vision, Mission, and Core Values
Protect the privacy and security of our guests and coworkers, including PCI compliance

Education and Experience Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous sales or warehouse work experience preferred
Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, generate reports, printing and inventory systems preferred
Must successfully complete a post-employment offer background check

Ability to withstand temperature ranges from 0 to 140 degrees and various climatic conditions (i.e., humidity/wetness, dryness/sunlight) due to lack of temperature‑controlled shops and location of outdoor carts
Ability to cooperate with fellow Hosts and accept frequent changes in work schedule and job assignments in order to facilitate the greatest effectiveness and efficiency in the work area
