Job Description
This entry to mid-level position supports Audio Visual (AV) operations across campus, including setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment for events, classrooms, and campus productions. Responsibilities also include assisting with live sound, lighting, video recording, projection, and livestreaming when needed.
Training will be provided.
Required
This is an on-site position.
Interest in and willingness to learn AV technology, including audio mixers, cameras, projectors, and software like ProPresenter or ATEM.
Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot under pressure, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude when interacting with faculty, staff, and guests.
Dependability in working a set schedule as assigned.
Desired Experience
Experience with audio systems, video recording, or event production is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Education
This position requires that you must be currently enrolled at La Sierra University.
