Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to provide information and support to healthcare customers.
Utilize internal databases to retrieve customer or company information.
Follow detailed instructions and use multiple resources to provide accurate information.
Organize and manage calls and emails efficiently with speed and accuracy.
Work with complex computer applications and reference materials.
Multitask effectively while managing customer calls and email communications.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries.
Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and professionalism with consistently good voice quality.
Technical & System Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft software suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Ability to work with multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
Preferred experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Preferred background in the healthcare industry.
