Job Description
ProSidian seeks a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) [SRNS0018018] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract. The role is hybrid – on/off client site and virtual – based primarily in the Aiken, SC area but can support across the South Eastern USA Region for a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements.

As a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant, you will:

Lead implementation support, monitor performance, apply Lean/Six Sigma, drive continuous improvement, and produce performance reports.

Develop KPI frameworks; monitor procedural effectiveness; analyze performance data; implement continuous improvement initiatives; generate reports; support Lean/Six Sigma efforts; recommend process enhancements; align improvements with FAR/DEAR and SRNS requirements.

Deliver actionable reporting to enhance C&SCM efficiency, compliance, and mission outcomes.

Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.

8–12+ years in federal C&SCM, process improvement, or performance analytics; DOE/NNSA experience preferred.

Knowledge of Military Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) documents.

Experience supporting large‑scale nuclear and environmental management programs.

Skills Required:

Data analysis, KPI development, reporting tools.

Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; regulatory awareness.

Analytical thinking, problem solving, continuous improvement mindset, attention to detail, stakeholder communication.

Ancillary Details of the Role:

Leads performance reviews, establishes feedback loops, and ensures measurable operational and compliance improvements.

Supports Deliverable #5 (Continuous Improvement Reports) and aligns with long‑term sustainment activities.

Business Tools & Commitments

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, Visio.
