Job Description
ProSidian seeks a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) for Program Support on a 1099 contract. The role is a hybrid (on/off client site and virtual) in the Aiken, SC area and across the Southeast USA region, supporting a national nuclear site operations contractor with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Senior Consultant and may convert to a full‑time ProSidian W‑2 position.
Job Overview
Provide services and support as a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant in the Nuclear and Environmental Management industry sector, focusing on CM & Compliance solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). Lead implementation support, monitor performance, apply Lean/Six Sigma, drive continuous improvement, and produce performance reports.

Issue resolution and deviation handling
Transition from legacy procedures
Stabilization and user support for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management procedures
Establish a communication plan outlining frequency and methods with stakeholders
Conduct an in‑depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
Create a comprehensive set of procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
Update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
Develop Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts and visual flow charts demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
Implement support through both virtual and in‑person training sessions
Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
Maintain procedural, form, and terms compliance resulting from changes to prime contract and governing documents
Responsibilities and Duties
Support operational rollout and transition; resolve implementation issues, deviations, and user questions; define KPIs; collect feedback; analyze performance data; prepare continuous improvement reports; recommend adjustments; support Lean/Six Sigma improvement cycles.
The role is located in the Southeast USA region at or near Aiken, SC (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual: Building 992‑3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or process improvement credential preferred.
7+ years implementation, operational transition, process improvement, performance management, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma experience; experience with procurement, SCM, contracts, or regulated operational environments preferred.
Experience in the Nuclear and Environmental Management sector and familiarity with Contracts & Supply Chain Management processes.
Skills Required
