We seek C&SCM Business Process Engineer | Process Engineering, Procedure Development & Cross-Functional Integration [SRNS0012012] candidates with relevant Nuclear and Environmental Management sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagements for Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector Clients such as SRNS.
This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Engineering, Procedure Development & Cross-Functional Integration professional role - Comprehensive Procedural Support for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions’ (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as a C&SCM Business Process Engineer in the Nuclear and Environmental Management industry sector focusing on compliance solutions for clients such as SRNS. Roles are generally located in the Aiken, SC region and across the Southeastern USA. Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.
C&SCM Business Process Engineer designs and optimizes procurement and supply chain processes, develops SOPs, integrates cross-functional workflows, and drives efficiency improvements. Designs integrated procedures and cross-functional workflows that simplify C&SCM execution and strengthen compliance.
As part of a Management and Operations Consulting engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management energy, infrastructure, and environment contracts, identifies contract inefficiencies, recommends strategic amendments, and optimizes C&SCM performance, cost, compliance, and mission outcomes.

Foundation for Deliverables:
Core engine for Deliverable #2 – Comprehensive Set of Procedures: a full suite of procedures to support C&SCM, including detailed process maps, SOPs, forms and templates, handbooks and guides, terms and conditions documents, diagrams and flowcharts, and any other supporting documentation required for thorough understanding and efficient implementation.
Core Functions:
SOP development (contracts + supply chain)
Cross-functional harmonization with SRS procedures
Workflow standardization and simplification
Integration across C&SCM domains for Nuclear and Environmental Management Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support; establish a communication plan for stakeholders
Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
Produce a comprehensive set of procedures to support C&SCM
Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting new procedures
Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
Visually appealing flow charts illustrating the acquisition life cycle
Provide training support both virtually and in-person
Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
Maintain procedural, form, and terms & conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contracts and governing documents
Responsibilities and Duties
Map current-state and future-state processes; develop SOP architecture; harmonize interdepartmental procedure interfaces; simplify procedures for user comprehension; define process controls, handoffs, roles, inputs, outputs, and decision points; support publication-ready procedure development.

7+ years of experience in business process improvement, process engineering, operational transformation, SOP development, or management consulting; experience with procurement, supply chain, contracts, or regulated operations preferred.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, operations, supply chain, public administration, or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, BPM, CBAP, or equivalent preferred.
7+ years of related experience as noted above
Experience aligns with Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector and C&SCM functional areas
