Job Description
ProSidian is seeking a C&SCM Regulatory Compliance Consultant (FAR/DEAR Specialist) to support contract and supply chain management for Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). The role will analyze FAR/DEAR, DOE directives, and NNSA regulations to ensure compliance, perform gap analysis, develop compliance frameworks, and support audit readiness.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze governance documents, Class A/B laws, FAR, DEAR, DOE directives, and related orders.
Identify compliance gaps and inconsistencies, develop a traceability matrix, and document impacts on procedures, forms, and controls.
Support audit readiness and development of compliant procurement and supply chain procedures.
Produce a comprehensive set of procedures, including process maps, SOPs, templates, and handbooks.
Recommend amendments to prime contracts for efficiency gains.
Maintain compliance documentation, schedule regular reviews, and update procedures as regulations change.
Provide virtual and in‑person training on new procedures.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and maintain continuous improvement mechanisms.
Qualifications
8+ years of federal acquisition or regulatory compliance experience, with strong knowledge of FAR/DEAR clauses, prime contract flow‑downs, and M&O contractor environments.
Bachelor’s degree in business, law, public policy, acquisition, supply chain, or related field. Credential such as CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, FAC‑C, or DAWIA Contracting is preferred.
Experience in the Nuclear and Environmental Management Sector and exposure to DOE/NNSA contract compliance.
Skills Required
FAR/DEAR analysis and clause interpretation.
Requirements decomposition and compliance matrix development.
Policy analysis, contract change impact assessment, and regulatory research.
Analytical rigor, independence, attention to detail, and ethical conduct.
Proficiency with business tools: Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; Adobe Acrobat; data analytics tools; Visio.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
