Job Description
ProSidian is hiring a C&SCM Audit & Compliance Manager (Compliance Sustainment, Audit Readiness & Lifecycle Maintenance) to support a nuclear and environmental management client (Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC) across the South Eastern U.S. region. This is a contract contingent (IRS‑1099) role with hybrid on/off client site and virtual work.
Role Summary:
Oversee compliance audits, manage regulatory updates, sustain lifecycle compliance, and support audit readiness for SRNS contracts and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain compliance documentation and monitor changes to prime contract, FAR, DEAR, DOE directives, governing documents, and SRS procedures.
Coordinate update schedules, version control, and audit readiness activities.
Analyze regulatory changes (FAR/DEAR/DOE) and assess contract modification impacts.
Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures and supporting documents.
Create visualization flow charts of the acquisition life cycle and provide virtual and in‑person training.
Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement through feedback and effectiveness monitoring.
Qualifications
8+ years of compliance management, internal audit, or federal contract compliance experience.
Familiarity with DOE/NNSA, FAR/DEAR, M&O, or nuclear/environmental management environments.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, law, public administration, supply chain, quality, or related field.
Preferred certifications: CPA, CIA, CISA, CCEP, CPCM or equivalent.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, policy maintenance, regulatory surveillance, and corrective action tracking skills.
Integrity, independence, precision, control discipline, accountability, and risk awareness.
