ProSidian seeks a C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant for program support on an exempt 1099 contract, with no overtime pay. The role is hybrid – on/off client site and virtual in the Aiken, SC area and is primarily located across the southeastern USA region, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements.

The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Training Specialist and will work with the SRNS client.

We seek candidates with relevant nuclear and environmental management sector experience, including functional and technical area expertise.

This is a contract contingent or contract W‑2 (IRS‑1099) position with the possibility of conversion to full‑time ProSidian employment.

JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a C&SCM Training / Change Management Consultant in the nuclear and environmental management industry sector focusing on compliance solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). Design and deliver training programs, support change management, drive workforce adoption, and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Equip SRNS personnel to adopt new C&SCM procedures through training, communications, and workforce enablement.

Training, change management & workforce enablement are part of a management and operations consulting engagement for nuclear and environmental management energy, infrastructure, and environment contracts & supply chain management. Deliver targeted training, change management, and workforce enablement to drive adoption, compliance, and sustained performance outcomes.

Purpose:

Ensure enterprise adoption across ~360 personnel.

Foundation for Deliverables:

Drives deliverable #4 – Training and implementation support materials: training manuals and presentations, interactive training modules and e‑learning materials, workshops and webinars with facilitator guides.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Change management

Training curriculum and strategy

Stakeholder engagement and communication plan

In‑depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws

Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures

Comprehensive set of procedures to support C&SCM

Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting newly developed procedures

Acquisition life‑cycle flow charts, visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle

Implement support through virtual and in‑person training sessions

Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness

Maintain procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Develop a training strategy, curriculum, manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, e‑learning modules, workshops, webinars, and adoption communications; deliver or support virtual and on‑site training; collect learner feedback; reinforce implementation and adoption.

The role is located in the southeastern USA region at or near Aiken, SC. Building 992‑3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808 is the initial identified work site.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of training development, organizational change management, workforce enablement, curriculum design, or adult learning experience; experience supporting process rollouts, procedural training, federal clients, or regulated operations preferred.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, communications, business, human resources, or related field; Prosci, ATD/CPLP, instructional design, or change management certification preferred.

6+ years of training development, organizational change management, workforce enablement, curriculum design, or adult learning experience; experience supporting process rollouts, procedural training, federal clients, or regulated operations preferred.

Position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the nuclear and environmental management sector and supports training, change management & workforce enablement disciplines.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primarily focused on management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management services initiatives, aligned with program support activities, training, change management & workforce enablement.

Instructional design; stakeholder communications; training facilitation; e‑learning development; adoption planning; workshop design; Microsoft PowerPoint; learning management systems familiarity; feedback analysis.
